How HBIZZ collects, uses and protects your personal data.

This policy explains what personal data HBIZZ collects on formations.hbizz.store, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

1. Data Controller

2. Data we collect

Student account : name, surname, email address, username, password (encrypted), profile picture if you add one.
Orders and invoicing : courses purchased, amounts, billing address, telephone number, order and subscription history.
Payment Card payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. HBIZZ does not receive or store your full card number.
Educational monitoring : progress in training courses, answers to quizzes, assignments sent, messages in discussion spaces.
Forms : information sent via the contact form or registration for the HBIZZ calendar (name, email, phone, gender, message).
Technical data IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, collected in particular for site security and audience measurement.
Exchanges : messages that you send us by email or WhatsApp.

3. Why we use your data

4. Who receives your data

Your data is intended for the HBIZZ team. It may be transmitted, only where strictly necessary, to our service providers:

our hosting provider: [name and address of the hosting provider]; ;

Google (reCAPTCHA service for protection against robots); ;
our email sending and website management tools; ;
the authorities, only when required by law.

We do not sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers (for example Stripe or Google) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US data protection framework.

6. How long do we keep them?

Student account: for the entire duration of use, then 3 years after your last activity.
Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
Contact requests: the time required to process your request, then a maximum of 3 years.
Calendar and news subscription: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years after our last exchange.
Technical security data: maximum 12 months.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies necessary for its operation (login, shopping cart, security, language). Audience measurement cookies or third-party service cookies are only placed with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For any questions about cookies, please contact us.

8. Security

We protect your data with appropriate measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, verification code sent by email upon login, access restricted to authorized personnel only.

9. Minors

Training courses for young people are purchased by a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for the account used. If you believe a minor has provided us with data without authorization, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to its processing at any time. You can also withdraw your consent and define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@hbizz.store. We will respond within one month. You can also modify some of your information directly from your student account.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
